Winter Faire is a fundraising and community building event sponsored by the PTA at Peace Valley Charter School. This event is for all ages featuring food, music, crafts, games, and local artisan booths to purchase holiday items. This parent-led event will showcase all the beauty of the Peace Valley Charter School community. Festivals and celebrations are an important aspect of Waldorf education. Waldorf education has at its foundation, a recognition of the wholeness and connectedness of human beings with all life. One way in which this connection manifests is through the observance of the changes of the seasons. Winter Faire is an opportunity to come together to find warmth and light in the height of the time of cold and darkness.
Food trucks will have food available for purchase. Punch cards will be available to purchase for family friendly crafts and activities.
