Hosted by Idaho Botanical Garden, this class breaks down the key factors that influence flavor—growing, processing, roasting, and brewing—so you can confidently choose and prepare coffee that suits your taste. Through guided tastings, you'll refine your palate and gain a deeper understanding of what you enjoy in a cup. Each attendee will also take home an 8-ounce bag of single-origin coffee to continue their coffee journey at home.
