Looking for a fun, family friendly Halloween event? Join the Idaho State Museum on October 30 from 1:00-4:00 pm for Raising Spirits!
Idahoans have celebrated Halloween for decades by trick or treating, visiting haunted houses, and dressing up in costumes. Some preferred to catch the latest showing of Dracula at the Egyptian Theater, while others found themselves sharing apple cider donuts and coffee with friends on a hayride. Whether you carve pumpkins or hang cobwebs, join the Idaho State Museum this Halloween season. Raising Spirits includes ‘trick or treat’ at the historic homes in our Pioneer Village, pumpkin decorating, and spine-tingling story time readings at 2:00 and 3:00. Costumes are encouraged, and don’t forget to stop by our ghostly graveyard in Pioneer Village!
