This one-day festival kicks off at the Idaho State Capitol with an eccentric pedal-powered parade. Festival-goers dress up in their favorite kooky costume, bring their person-powered ride (bikes, rollerblades, scooters, etc.), and roll with Boise Bicycle Project and thousands of others through the streets of downtown Boise! After the parade, the festival grounds at Cecil D. Andrus Park are filled with live music, artwork, funky bikes, food trucks, and beer from Lost Grove Brewing.
