This live Foodfort cook-off puts the spotlight on local sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks as they step out from behind the line and into a fast-paced, Chopped-style showdown. Each competitor has 45 minutes to turn a shared pantry and a secret ingredient into one finished dish, judged on execution, flavor, creativity, and how well that mystery ingredient is used. Come watch the action unfold at KIN, grab a drink, and cheer on the cooks who usually make the magic happen behind the scenes. One winner takes home bragging rights, a cool prize, and a very silly trophy.
